Highfields provides targeted case management services for consumers receiving services through Autism Benefit in the state of Michigan. We assist families in navigating the range of services available to their children and developing a plan for success. Our goal is to help children with Autism reach their full potential.
The Autism Benefit services provides intensive interventions for children ages 18 months – 17 years old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This is a results-based program which uses tests and assessments to track the progress your child is making while he or she is in the program.
Autism Case Management is available to children who:
- Have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder through the state of Michigan
- Are ages 18 months – 17 years old
- Live in Jackson or Hillsdale
- Are enrolled in Medicaid or MIChild
Autism Case Management is provided for consumers receiving Medicaid Autism Benefit services through LifeWays. It is available to families in Hillsdale and Jackson counties.
