Outreach is a program designed for families and children involved with Child Protective Services or Foster Care. It consists of in-home counseling visits once a week for 50 minutes. Outreach aims to help the family out so that the child can stay in the home, with the family.
Outreach is available to families in Eaton and Ingham counties. All families are referred to Highfields through the Department of Human Services.
