Outreach is a program designed for families and children involved with Child Protective Services. It consists of in-home counseling visits once a week for 50 minutes. Outreach aims to help the family out so that the child can stay in the home, with the family.
Outreach is available to families in Clinton, Eaton, Hillsdale, Ingham and Jackson counties. All families are referred to Highfields through the Department of Human Services.
She understood my needs. She wasn't judgemental. She was very nice and respectful.

My counselor was great. She accommodated my needs and schedule. I was able to confide in her with trust. She gave me great advice and techniques for my recovery. She is an excellent counselor, plus she laughs at my jokes! – Outreach Parent
This counselor is awsome with these families. She is always available and willing to do whatever for the families. – Referring Worker
