Breakthrough

Breakthrough is our experiential education program. Since 1985, we have helped groups big and small achieve their communication, leadership and teamwork goals. We offer Breakthrough to organizations, companies, sports teams, schools, universities or any other group who wants to improve their group dynamics.

Breakthrough will be customized to your unique group. Sessions can last one hour, one day or multiple days and can be held year-round. Sessions can be held at the location of your choice, or at our Onondaga Campus. Our campus includes an indoor heated course, a wooded outdoor course and a double zip line. For multiple day sessions, we have guest cottages and provide food for participants. We offer over 300 group activities which are tailored to meet the specific goals and needs of each unique group.

In addition to team building, Breakthrough is also equipped to host sports training camps and offers icebreaking activities at conventions or team meetings.

Breakthrough has helped strengthen groups over the past 30 years. In that time, more than 40,000 participants have:
• Created more productive work environments
• Built self esteem
• Developed effective leaders
• Identified new ways to solve problems
• Built stronger teams
• Improved communication skills
• Gained trust and respect
• Strengthened their interdependence

I know we made the right choice bringing our Board of Directors to Breakthrough. We were mentally and physically challenged in a controlled environment and each participant came away learning more about themselves and each other. Our group bonded in a way that would never happen in a Board room setting. I highly encourage others to take advantage of this amazing opportunity in our community!  – Cindy Kosloski, CEO at HBA of Greater Lansing

The teachers really enjoyed your staff and took away valuable lessons of learning, working together, problem solving, and extending our comfort zones by trying something new. It was a very successful day! – Scott Powers, Principal at Leslie High School

We had a great experience with your Breakthrough team! Several of the residents recognized the skill of the facilitators. They quickly assessed the group and adapted the activities to their abilities. One in particular mentioned how impactful our experience was this year! – Deb Macklem, Ph. D., L.P., Behavioral Science Educator at Allegiance Health
